Features of production line:
This production lineconsists of conical (parallel) double-screw extruder, vacuum sizingplatform, tractor, cutting machine, stacker, etc. The conical (parallel)double-screw extruder and tractor adopts AC frequency control orBritish Euro DC speed regulator. Vacuum pump and tractor adoptshigh-quality products. Tractors can be divided into up and down pedrail,three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, etc. in terms of thickness anddiameter of the pipe. The cutter has two modes of cutting such as bladeand planet type. Additionally, metering device is equipped. The propertyof the production line is reliable and the output is high.
Inaccordance with different requirements of the clients, the company willequip the extrusion line with specific devices to form pipe productionlines of inner-wall spiral pipes, inner hollow wall pipes and innerlayer foaming pipes.
